Kapinus E. State regulation of the regional food complex development in Ukraine (the case of Cherkassy oblast)

The object is the regional provision complex of the Cherkaskiy region. The objective is the development of the main improvement directions of the administrative and economic mechanisms of the regional provision complex public administration. The methods are statistic analysis, problem oriented, economic and mathematic, comparative, complex systematic analysis of the economic phenomena and processes. The newness is that it has been scientifically proved for the first time the necessity of the public administration regulation and formation on the basis of the regional provision complex cluster aimed to the consumer goods provision; the influence of the integration processes on the regional provision complex has been scientifically justified. The results are that the organizational and administrative approaches to the main improvement directions of the administrative and economic mechanisms of the regional provision complex public administration of the Cherkaskiy region in the conditions of market economyhave been developed; the influence of the public administration on the regional provision complex development have been scientifically proved; methodological approaches to the scientific justification of the main directions of the restructurisation of the regional provision complex have found their further scientific justification.
