Synytska O. The Motivation mechanism of management by personal of the enterprise of the sphere of service

The thesis purpose consists in the theory – methodological and practical problems of formation of motivation mechanism of management by the personal of the enterprises of the sphere of service. The essence of these mechanisms is studied, their classification according to the types and forms with the reasons of methodological grounds, conditions and reasons of their formation has been worked out. Effectiveness of economic and social control – levers of motivation mechanism at the enterprises of the sphere of service has been analyzed. New methods of evaluation of effectiveness of motivation mechanism of management by the personal has been suggested and tested in the process of analyses, which make it possible to realize the diagnosis of the state of motivation of the personal taking into account the results of the enterprise activity.
