In the dissertation the problem of formation of art-creative skills of the future teachers of music is investigated during conductor-choral preparation at musical faculties of pedagogical high schools. The concept "art-creative skills" is interpreted; the theoretical aspects of process of formation of art-creative skills of the future teachers of music are opened; the dependence of efficiency of formation of art - creative skills from specially organized teacher-pedagogical is determined, is art - acquaint and music - execution of activity; the pedagogical problems are analyzed and the conditions of formation of art - creative skills are revealed; the criteria and levels formulate of these skills are determined; the organize-methodical system of formation of art - creative skills is developed during conductor-choral preparation
