Dissertation is devoted to the questions of formation of the Basis of the Information Culture of Future Elementary School Teachers by Information Technologies Scientific methods, as well as the readiness for implementing by them computer-oriented studying to Elementary School. There were solved tasks in working out separate components of methodical system of Information Systems teaching for future Elementary School teachers: there were described peculiarities of Computing teaching, there were offered innovations for students’ educational-cognitive activities energization; there were considered in details tendencies of computer using by future Elementary School teachers, as multi-purpose didactical method of education in preparing printed didactical materials, multimedia education presentations and in choosing existing Applied Program Supplies.
