At non complicated and complicated peptic ulcers (PU) of duodenum Н.pylori-associated makes 77.64%. The important part of pathogenesis PU is insufficiency of blood neutrophyl granulocytes system. Characteristic of this system can be used for formation of groups with necessary surgical treatment. Developed diagnostic criteria expand opportunities of endoscopy at PU of duodenum and provide duly correction of medical tactics.
