Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to determination of virus hepatitis B importance in the result of the renal transplantation and improvement its results by means of the optimization of choice, preparation and post transplantation treatment of the transplantation recipients infected with virus hepatitis B. The comparison of clinical, ultrasound investigation and biopsy of the liver for the patients having had the virus B hepatitis allowed the right prognosis, after the renal transplantation and due to that to avoid the hard complications and to decrease mortality for the recipients of the renal transplantat.
