The dissertation is devoted to the problems of working out theoretical and methodological principles aimed at improving system management of the processes of personnel's labour activity motivation as well as determining scientific and methodical approaches and practical recommendations as for estimation and increasing the efficiency of interaction between workers and enterprises.
