Kravchuk M. Optimization of organic matter regime in light-textured (by granulometric composition) soils of Polissya

Object - dynamics of the content and the structure of organic matter, development of a method of definition of a detritus in light-textured (by granulometric composition) soils; methods - field, laboratory, mathematical and statistical; novelty - the author discovered the positive action of long-term use of soil protection agrotechnologies directed to the reproduction of reserves of the organic matter of sod-podzolic soil; the thesis shows that the changes take place mostly owing to its non-humific part - plant residues, and especially detritus; the work establishes the significant influence of gley process on the dihumification of sod-podzoloc soil; the author worked out the method of detritus determination in light-textured (by granulometric composition) soils; results - the discovered peculiarities in dynamics of organic matter structure of the soil, in particular its non-humific part (residues and detritus), give the opportunity to control its condition with agrotechnological practice; field - agriculture, agricultural soil science and agricultural physics
