Essay

The base of the dissertation work is the rise of effectiveness in treatment of pulmonary artery embolism. In process of carrying out the work, it was established that clinical manifestations depend on the volume of pulmonary artery embolism. The following regularity is revealed – the degree of pulmonary hypertension in case of pulmonary artery embolism doesn’t depend on the volume of pulmonary artery embolism. It was introduced also the algorithm of examination for the patients with suspecting embolism of pulmonary artery. The complex method of treatment is devised: the combination of selective thrombolisis and selective infusion of Prostaglandin E1 in pulmonary artery. This method allowed increasing the effectiveness of selective thrombolisis on 38%.
