The expediency of use in complex treatment of patients with various variants of a Vascular Pulmonary Hypertension a calcium channel blockers dilthiazem and nifedipine on the basis of their estimation of their influence on pathogenetic ways of a Pulmonary Hypertension - changes of a condition of NO-system, lipoperoxidation processes , fat acids spectrum, condition of antioxidant system of blood.
