Gruba G. Public administration in energy supple strategic development

Object of research: process of public administration of the Ukrainian fuel and energetic complex's strategic development. Purpose: theoretical grounds and scientific-methodical provision of improving the mechanism of public administration of the strategic development of the electro-energy of Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis, comparison, systematisation, economic and mathematical methods. Results: methodological principles of structure and realisation of mechanisms of public administration of the electric-energetic complex's strategic development have been worked out. Novelty: the essence and components of the state politics in the sphere of the energetic provision are grounded; the mechanism of public administration of prognosticating needs of the state (region) in the energetic resources are proposed. It was implemented while developing strategic plans of developing fuel and energetic complex of the Autonomous republic of the Crimea, it was recommended for applying while elaborating the Conception of Ukraine's energetic strategy. Areas of use: public administration, departmental management, training and retraining of public servants.
