Degtyaryova I. Dominants of the public policy in developing local government in Ukraine

Object of research: institute of the local government, contradictions and peculiarities of its functioning in Ukraine. Purpose: defining and giving grounds for the dominants of public policy of the local government's development for guaranteeing Ukrainian society' s exit to the route of the stable development. Methods: systemic approach, generalization, analysis and synthesis, grouping, comparison, induction and deduction, prognostication. Results: defining dominants of public policy of the local government' s development in Ukraine. Novelty: theoretical and methodological grounding of the most important constituent parts of forming public policy of the local government's development. It has been applied in the practical activity of Sumy Oblast Council. Areas of use: public administration, local government, training and retraining of public servants and officials of the local government.
