Goryan E. Local Government in Constitutional Mechanism of Human Rights' Guaranteeing

3. The thesis is focused on local government as a subject of constitutional mechanism of human rights' guaranteeing. The definition and structure of constitutional mechanism of human rights' guaranteeing is worked out. The role of local government in the field of human rights' guaranteeing is researched, also principles, forms, methods and local government activities criterion are considered. A brand new view to determination of local government activity criterion - 'human dimension' is proposed. Cooperation of local government, public authorities, prosecutor, police, non-governmental organizations and mass media is considered and new forms of such cooperation are systemized. Numerous proposals considering Ukrainian legislation in the field od human rights' guaranteeing are worked out.
