Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the problems of a reproductive function rehabilitation in the women with infertility at clomiphen-resistant forms of PCOS. On the basis of investigation of clinic, echographic, videoscopic, hormonal, immunological, ovarian hystostructural particularities the schemes of a pathogenesis of homeostasis disturbances in immunoendocrinic system and ovulation at PCOS are designed. The complex scheme of patient rehabilitation after endosurgical stimulation of ovulation with involving of immunocorrection by plasmapheresis is offered. The involving of plasmapheresis in the complex scheme of patient rehabilitation on the hormonal and immune homeostasis and a reproductive function restoring at PCOS is estimated. The main outcomes of work have found a clinical practice in the reproductive function restoring in infertile patients with PCOS.
