Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of theoretical bases, the mechanism of legal regulation of the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine. In work the etymology of concepts "status" and "mandate" is investigated, their understanding in a science and practice is generalized. The concept is formulated, are defined structure and features of the status of the deputy, the nature of the deputy mandate is investigated. It is established, that the specified status authorities, guarantees of their realization.
