Essay

Thesis is devoted to researching the problem of borderguards’ professional training in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. State of the problem in psychological and pedagogical literature and in practical activity of the borderguards has been analysed. Contradictions and difficulties of this process have also been determined. Pedagogical technology of borderguards’ professional training in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has been worked out and checked experimentally. This technology is realized using the following ways: improvement of borderguards’ studing plans and programs and programs of borderguards’ training; improvement of pedagogical skills of border guard officers; improvement of the methods of conducting the classes with different categories of borderguards. Methodical recommendations on improvement of borderguards’ professional training have been worked out.
