The theoretic-experimental investigation of the problem of forming the successful professional activity of Higher School teachers is presented. The essence of the Higher School teachers? successfulness is defined, its contents and structure including three components: motivate; cognitive-process; reflexive-resultant; the realization of pedagogical conditions of forming the successful professional activity of Higher School teachers have been worked out; the indexes of its forming have been defined more precisely. The effectiveness of the worked out Higher School teachers? successfulness realization is proved with the results of the experimental work.
