The thesis is concerned with the problem of future managers' communicative skills forming by means of foreign languages. The theoretical analysis of the research problem from the point of Psychology and Pedagogy is made. The main approaches to the definition of the term "communicative skills" are analyzed and as a result the main components of communicative skills are defined: perceptive, interactive and linguo-communicative. Indicators, criteria and levels of future managers' communicative skills are defined.The formation of future managers' communicative skills are defined according to the following indicators:· Perceptive (the possibility to perceive partners' behaviour unprejudicedly and adequately, and understand their motives, emotional experience, individual features).· Interactive (the possibility to build relations with any partner, to use different strategies and tactics in interpersonal communication flexibly).· Linguo-communicative (the possibility to express thoughts, feelings accurately,clearly, expressively and competently). According to the above criteria three levels of formed communicative skills of future managers are determined: high, average and low. Theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested are pedagogical conditions sufficient for forming communicative skills of future managers in foreign language learning: the aimed psycho-pedagogical teachers' training to the process of communicative skills formation in lecture-rooms; the formation of students' reflexive attitude to the communicative aspect of their future professional activity; the motivation of professional foreign language communication; the use of business-communicative exercises in foreign language communication; the pedagogical management of communicative skills' formation process. Foreign language learning is especially important in future managers' communicative skills improvement. Methods of implementing the above pedagogical conditions sufficient for forming communicative skills in foreign language learning are defined. The communicative character of foreign language teaching is realized through its conversational orientation, functionality, situationality and novelty. The results of carried out experiment are analyzed.
