The dissertation is devoted to the problem of аrise of efficiency of surgical treating post-operative ventral hernia of patients with aggravating accompanying pathology under the conditions of infecting post-operative wounds, grounded on application of synthetic meshwork materials and complex prophylactic measures that allowed to decrease considerably the number of complications and avoid patient’s death. So lethality composed 0,7%, the number of early postoperative complications - 15,3 %, hernia recurrence - 2 %.
