.The work is devoted to the actual problem of early postoperative complications of pyo-septic origin, On the base of the findings received effective methods of complex prevention and prognosis were worked out which allow to decrease considerably the number of such complications. The received objective findings of antiendotoxin immunity, micro flora of operative area and methods of precisional intestinal suture allowing to prevent pyo-septic postoperative complications in patients with high risk of their occurrence.
