It has been studied the mechanism of development of microbiological processes in the bottled water and determined conditions of their stabilization. The major activity of microbiological processes caused by heterotrophic microorganisms which can progress during the first four months after date of production and provoke accumulation of endotoxins and other metabolism products recognized by LAL-test and biotest method has been proved.
