Zaytseva N. The improvement of financial-industrial groups management under the conditions of modern institutions formation.

The conception of the financial-industrial group financial bloc construction is proposed and scientifically grounded, place and role of every financial institution, that is new for the market of Ukraine, such as institutions of non-state pension funds, professional administrators, the companies on assets management and funds of property operations are determined in the thesis for the first time. It is proved that economical structures which are relevant to financial-industrial group in accordance with generally accepted world practice have recently appeared in Ukraine. Because of absence of special legislation in Ukraine which has to regulate the activity of such structures, classified features of financial-industrial groups that are advisable to be used in the process of adoption of proper laws and legal acts are offered. It is proved that the task of these groups inner financial resources management lies in their concentration at separate subjects of management with their further use in business-projects. Such subjects are institutions of mutual investment, non-state pension funds, funds of property operations and insurance companies. Pluses and minuses of the given financial institutions were analyzed and methodical recommendations in optimization of quality and subject stuff of participants of financial-industrial group were worked out. Methodical recommendations in construction of organizational economical mechanism of financial-industrial groups subjects were grounded while realizing investing projects in the construction branch. The functional scheme of close cooperation of business-project participants and schemes of passing of financial and trade lines were worked out.
