Essay

The main theoretical working outs and methodologiсal approaches for proper names' investigation in the system of poetics of artistic work have been analyzed. The poetics of Lessia Ukrainka's playwright headlines had been analyzed in complex, in the connection with the text as the autonomous structure. The artistic function of the proper names in the authoress' playwrights structure have been also viewed on the examples of the concrete thematic groups. The problem of mutual relation name / genre, name / image, name / artistic conceptions are being given a meaning to. The methods of investigation of names are proposed in literature.
