Davidova N. Civil Law Protection of Private Unproperty Human Rights.

The dissertation contains analysis of theoretical and practical issues connected with Civil Law protection of private unproperty human rights. The historical evolution of private unproperty human rights has been analyzed in the first place. The comparative description of the protection of these rights under the Civil Code of USSR and the Civil code of Ukraine is given. The dissertation explores the feature of the right to health, right to life, right to freedom and right to personal immunity. The classification of private unproperty human rights has been carried out. Legal nature of private unproperty human rights has been determined. Special attention is devoted to the problems of realization of private unproperty rights. Recommendations for improvement of the Ukrainian legislation and its implementation have been put forward.
