Essay

It was determined that 2,4-D leads to significant morpho-functional changes of liver. Herbicide 2,4-D provokes hepatitis, vessels thrombosis, sinusoids constriction, hepatocytes nuclei decrease. Ivin causes conjunctive tissue overgrowth in periportal regions, perivascular edema. The sodium succinate causes the hepatocytes activation and doesn’t influences on the sinusoids. Data analysis of the morpho-functional changes in liver after simultaneous action of 2,4-D and so-dium succinate showes that the sodium succinate partly prevents the structural damages in the rat liver, provoked by 2,4-D. Just the same time takes place compensatory processes in liver rises to the maximum level. Poteytin provokes accumulation of blood cells in the liver circu-latory system and significant morpho-functional changes of the intra-hepatical bile-ductus. Ursodesoxyholic acid doesn’t cause essential structural changes in liver and significantly decreases destructive influence of 2,4-D. It was established peculiarities of rat liver morpho-functional changes after influence of herbicide 2,4-D and plant growth regulators ivin and poteytin and their simultaneous action. It was revealed the differenses in hepatoprotective effects of ursodesoxycholic acid and sodium succinate under 2,4-D action
