The organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise’s price policy forming on the basis of costs planning adapted to the conditions of operation of enterprises that produces electrotechnical goods is worked out. The appropriateness of mutual use of costs, market, normative and parametric methods of price forming was conditioned. It was proposed to group the goods according to certain trends in price policy forming. The typical recommendations about restructuring of some enterprise’s services were developed and improved system of financial stimulation was offered.
