Komirna V. Organizational-economic mechanism of target management of expenses at the mining concern.

In dissertation it was solved actual scientific-political problem of improvement management efficiency of mining concern activity through the real advantages of target management. It was created organizational-economic mechanism for institution technology. This mechanism includes over-all bounded management blocks: determination of the purpose of business, basis of corporative, business and functional strategy of development; forming purpose of the management; management of projects and strategic control; making a trajectory of movement to the goal and directed analysis; controlling effectiveness of the target management. The basis of solving recounted goals was minimization of economic expenses of the plant. It was proposed economic-mathematical models of mining function, which bound profits, expenses and depreciation politics of the plant and politics of the government taxes into one balanced complex, and algorithm of results of the function using directed analysis taking into consideration compensated and uncompensated deviation from main path by using management decisions, allow us to reach main goals.
