Pischikova O. The improvement of measure creation and their efficiency estimation procedures for better labour conditions at mining enterprises.

Thesis purpose consists in developing ways of measure creation improvement for better labour conditions at mining enterprises, their efficiency estimation, the use of which makes it possible to increase their grounds and socio-economic reasons. The systematic procedure use was proposed in the thesis which made it possi-ble to develop complex criteria to increase socio-economic measure efficiency for better labour conditions. The way for determining socio-economic measure efficiency to improve labour conditions has been de-veloped its base being complex criteria: professional labour-ability loss risk index; experts' marks which estimate each measure; harmful production factors impact importance on labour ability loss; the number of workers having got better labour conditions. Absolute efficiency index of contribution to measures for labour condition improving was proposed it takes into account money limit which any enterprise spends on better labour conditions. Socio-economic measure efficiency procedure has been developed and intro-duced into mining enterprises, its economic effect in 53 375 grn. annually at Kriviy Rih iron ore works and 13 440 grn. per year at jutznyi concentration plant subsequently.
