Course of pregnancy, delivery, postnatal period in pregnant women of 27 years of age and older were conducted and investigated. It was established, that course of pregnancy, delivery, postnatal period passed with more complications in elderly primaparas comparing with pregnant women under 27.It was investigated, that development of pregnancy at the background of hypoproduction of the main pregnancy hormones is typical for elderly primaparas, making up before delivery 1/4 - 1/2 of physiological norms. It was established at Doppler's metrical research, that extent of uteroplacental and fetoplacental blood flow disturbances are in direct dependence on frequency and extent of seriousness of chronic intrauterine hypoxia, weight of infants and perinatal losses. It was discovered at pathohistological and electronic macroscopic research, that destructive and dystrophic changes of placenta depend on its age transformations. Disturbances in system of hemomicrocirculation channel, in connective stroma, in cell components of placenta villi are one of immediate reasons of the development of fetoplacental insufficiency. Preparation for system enzymotherapy, wobenzyme, is included with the aim of prevention and treatment of fetoplacental insufficiency in elderly primaparas. The following was established after application of the suggested treatment-preventive measures: course of pregnancy, delivery, postnatal period passed with less complications, indices of condition of fetus and infant improved after application of the recommended therapy complex. Thus, the results obtained testify to high efficiency of the applied therapy.
