Bilous Z. The validity of economic contracts

The dissertation is an independent completed advanced study and comprehensive research of validity of economic contracts. Legal regulation of economic and contractual relations was examined. Social value of economic contract and notion of validity of economic contracts were defined. On the basis of legislation in force and specialized literature were examined such subjective conditions of economic contracts validity as capacity to conclude economic contracts, conformity of the parties wills. Objective terms of economic contracts validity such as lawfulness of contents of the contract, compliance of the form of the contract with the Law were thoroughly studied as well. Further analysis of problem questions of invalidation of economic contracts and recognition of such contracts as not entered into, consequences of such invalidation and recognition was carried out resulting in recommendations on working out of specific proposals on improvement of Ukrainian legislation in force.
