The dissertation work contains the results of theoretic-experimental research of problem contentses and organizations of correction and rehabilitation of the psycho-physical declining of children with the visually impaired. A problem can be solved on the basis of scientific-theoretical analysis of the state of its development in general and special psychological-pedagogical literature, realization in practice, generalizations of results of experimental studies of children with the visually impaired in the conditions of education complex of compensating type.
