Punko O. Law enforcement activity of militia

The dissertation is dedicated to methodological, theoretical and legal problems of law enforcement activity of militia, its essence and tasks. Such concepts as law enforcement activity of militia, law enforcement mistakes of militia officers are defined in the work. The author determinates the place and the role of militia in the system of state bodies, which conduct law enforcement activity. She also describes specific characteristics and basic kinds of law enforcement activities, gives classification, characteristics and peculiarities of law enforcement mistakes of militia officers, makes propositions for their decrease. The author formulates conclusions and propositions on the problems under study.
