Essay

Object – temperature-wind regime of the boundary layer of atmosphere. Aim – to define predictors for forecasting of anomalous mesoscale wind current in anticyclonic circulation during winter period. Methods – synoptical-climatic and physical-statistical analysis, mathematical modeling and numerical experiment. Novelty – regularities of forming of anticyclonic low level jets over different physical-geographical regions of Ukraine. Results – the main types of circulating processes at low tropospherical jets and anomalous phenomena over Ukraine; the technique of numerical counting of vertical profiles of wind speed and temperature based on modeling low level jets in the fields of high pressure taking into account the mechanism of soliton oscillations. Introduced to the training courses of Odessa State Environmental University. Fields – state hydrometeorological practice; professional training of the meteorologists.
