Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem increasing the treatment efficacy of the acute domestic poisoning by mushrooms patients. For the first time with the help of clinical, biochemical and physico-chemical methods was shown, that parameters dynamic superficial tensiometry and rheometry wheys of blood are capable to objectively reverberate toxic hepatic failure development at acute poisoning with mushrooms patients. Intimate correlation dependence between dynamic superficial tension parameters of whey of blood and biochemical data, that are typical for toxic hepatonephropatia is established. Existence of links between adverse consequences of a poisoning with mushrooms and parameters dynamic superficial tensiometry and rheometry wheys of blood of the given category of patients is proved. By means of the discriminantal analysis it is developed the prediction test which allows already at receipt of the patient in a hospital in a somatogenic phase of an acute poisoning with mushrooms on the basis of definition of 7 parameters of a superficial tension and 7 parameters of traditional laboratory datas of whey of blood with a high share of probability to expect an outcome of disease.
