Object: process application information systems development and substanation administrative decisions at enterprises machine-building complex in conditions formation market environment. The рurрose: theoretісl generlіztіon bses of іnformtіon management at industrial enterprises machine-building branch Ukraine and development methodical approaches concerning formation information system which realization will promote maintenance competitiveness managing subjects. Methods: interrogation and supervision, receptions economic analysis (tabulared, comparison, grouping, regression-сorrelation analysis), economical-mathematical model, logistical methods. For first time method an estimation information risk at certain technological stages in information system enterprise is offered. Structer formation iformation system machine-building enterprise is offerd on bases application separate subsystems. Advanced: methodological approach concering an estimation quality information at enterprise; methodological approach to realization information audit; methodological approach concerning acceptance administrative decisions on basis automation " tree decisions"; organisational structere information system on basis application logistical approaches and subsystems that creates bases for improvement interaction between elements information system and functions managment; furter development has received: parameters analysis and an estimation document circulation at industrial enterprise which are based on system recognation entering and proceeding document-essential elements.
