The thesis analyses the problem of formation the readiness to creative self-realization of the future Music teacher. In the paper the concept of formation of readiness to creative self-realization of the Music teacher is theoretically proved. The objectives and specific character, pedagogic conditions to ensure effectiveness of this process are defined. Optimal psychological and pedagogical principles, that stimulate the process of formation of students' readiness to creative self-realization, fall into the elaborated system with its methods, pedagogic aims, stages and forms of education presenting the amount of structural constituents and their interaction. The analysis of scientific literature enables to characterize the contents of formation of students' readiness to creative self-realization and learn the structure of music pedagogic creativeness. The study of readiness state determines criteria and levels of formation and works out the ways of its improvement. Scientifically distinguished structure of formation the students' readiness to creative self-realization is provided by means of combining motivation, information, definite orientation, estimation, and correction components, which in whole form the optimal organization of education. Formation of readiness to creative self-realization is regarded as the marker of aesthetic culture of Music teacher. The definition "readiness to creative realization of the future Music teacher" was substantiated and formed on the basis of psychologic and pedagogic, philosophic and musicological sources, practical experience of student musical training. This research paper confirms the determination of readiness to creative self-realization of the future Music teachers as a complex integrated formation, which presents the combination of acquired special knowledge, skills and habits that are necessary for realization of the music creative activity and revelation of the personal creative potential. The results of experimental methodics confirm the integration of worked out elements according to the contents and organization forms and methods of education that are presented as goal-oriented realized ones. Audience lectures, extra work on the type of professional training, mastery and pedagogic practice as the final stage of preparation to creative self-realization working with children form them. Effectiveness of function of this determined system is provided by integration of its components on the basis of differentiation and individualization of pedagogic influence. The interaction of elaborated methodical and organizational ways presents the methodics of formation of students' readiness to creative self-realization. Creation of theoretical and practical forms of the interpretation conception in the execution of vocal and instrumental compositions, variant use of components of creative tasks, independent educational concert-lecture activity are among them. Formation of students' readiness to creative self-realization was put into practice following the special pedagogicconditions. One of them is determination of pedagogic relations in creative collaboration between the teacher and the student, the student and the pupil as the positive aesthetic emotional background of creative self-realization. The goal-directed stage course of didactic, education differentiate creative tasks, mastering the technology execution, the quality interpretation of musical compositions; theoretical and executive analysis; the stand-by on the creative experience on mastering of prominent musicians of the past and the modern life. Formation of readiness to creative self-realization is provided due to the integrative approach to mastering the methodics of music creative activity and complex use of them in different types of technical skill practice - instrumental, vocal, conductor-choral, organization educational, and ensemble playing. They are the proper stages of formation the knowledge, skills and habits, and broad-side testing the results of the formed readiness. The analysis of formation the experiment testifies the effectiveness of worked out syllabus and methodics of education organization, directed on the stimulation of formation the readiness to creative self-realization of students. This research paper doesn't limit settling the determined problem. It foresees the further analysis in the direction of theoretical and methodic development of students' creative skills by means of various types of art. The further research of questions of improvement in the profession training can be focused on the aspects of interaction of different types of art in formation the students' readiness to creative self-realization and training on the level of interdisciplinary coordination.
