Об'єкт дослідження - criminal procedure legal relations arising at investigation of crimes committed by the organized groups and law of formation of the criminal procedure remedies of their ensuring. Мета дисертації - improvement of the organizational and legal bases of criminal procedure execution on cases about the crimes committed by organized groups at stages of lodging of criminal case and pretrial investigation. Методи дослідження - methods of generalization and comparison; a rather - legal method; a sociological method; statistical methods; methods of formal logic. Наукова новизна - complex analysis for the first time is accomplished and the ultimate fact on cases about the crimes committed by organized groups is concretized; number of the offers on change and supplement of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine; the methodical recommendations of execution by the inspector of an identification of the person outside of visual; have got of the further development of the provision about necessity of normative binding in Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine about and form of interaction of investigatory group. Практичне значення - in the dissertation are formulated and the conclusions and recommendations are proved which will promote raise of quality and production efficiency on cases about the crimes committed by organized groups. A subject and degree of introduction of the recommendations developed on the basis of the given research, are used in the Zaporozhye juristic institution of the Ministry of Internal Affaires of Ukraine during recital of disciplines " The Criminal Procedure of Ukraine", "Criminalistics", "Operative - search activity", "Organization of disclosure and investigation of crimes"; in practical activity of Investigatory Management of the Ministry of Internal Affaires of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye area at investigation of the crimes committed by organized groups. Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and the recommendations have received a positive rating of the experts. Сфера використання - criminal procedure activity of bodies of pretrial inquest of Ukraine and educational process.
