Stanasyuk N. Regional agrarian-industrial complex and improvement of its branch-component and territorial structure (at the case of Lviv Region)

Object of research: process of formation of regional agrarian-industrial complex, its components and interrelations between them. Aim of research: development of theoretical-methodological positions and scientific-practical recommendations for formation of regional agrarian-industrial complex in conditions of market relations, improvement of its branch-component and territorial structure on the basis of the account of resource potential and achievement of the equation of agroindustrial manufacture with associates a habitat. Methods: abstract-logic, monographic, statistical-economic, economic-mathematical, balance, cartographical, settlement-constructive, historical. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical results consist in enrichment of the science by new theoretical and methodological approaches to the decision of the common and specific problems of increase of efficiency functioning of agrarian-industrial complex in conditions of market economy. Practical value of the received results is determined by set of the developed recommendations and offers under the decision of the common and specific problems of the increase of efficiency functioning of agrarian-industrial complex on the basis of the improvement of its branch-component and territorial structure. Scientific novelty: for the first time on the basis of the model developed by the author offers on optimization of branch structure of an agriculture of the Lviv Region are made in view of resource potential and the integrated index which is fixed in a basis of a design procedure of rates of growth of manufacture of articles of food is designed, the maintenance of concept “branch-componental structure of agrarian-industrial complex” is specified, the economic mechanism of ecologization of the development of agrarian-industrial complex compoud is advanced, have found the further development the methodical approach to definition of a degree of participation of administrative area in manufacture of agroindustrial production at a regional level anddefinition of priorities of development of areas in structure of agrarian-industrial complex. Degree of introduction: results of research are used by the department of an ecological policy and wildlife management of the Lviv Regional Council at performance of the project “Strategy of spatial development of the Mykolayiv District of the Lviv Region”, DP DAK “Bread of Ukraine" the Lviv Combine of Bakeries" at drawing up of a long-term plan of development of the enterprise, and also used in educational process of the Lviv State Financial Academy. Efficiency: results of researches prove the concept of increase of efficiency of functioning of agrarian-industrial complex on the basis of the improvement of its branch-component and territorial structure.
