Goncharenko A. Control of flight safety support through technical and cost factors

The theses are devoted to optimization of a flight safety levels control process on the basis of a mathematical model compilation for factors which take into account technical characteristics and operational levers of an aviation transportation system, as well as expenses related to air crashes. In case of compiling a flight safety criterion for regular air-carriers, steady state availability factor is chosen as the technical component, for irregular air-carriers - instantaneous availability function. Optimization is done by the minimum of an aviation transportation system expenses expectation with regards to possible crashes. Statistical material on aviation crashes for over a 30 year period is processed. The picture of flight safety state according to world and Ukrainian data is reflected. Subjective preferences of passengers concerning air transportation are taken into account.
