Bil’tsan A. Optimization of multimodality surgical treatment of purulent-inflammatory processes of the soft tissues in drug abusers of the Bukovynian region (a clinical-experimental research).

The dissertation deals with the issues of multimodality surgical treatment of purulent-inflammatory processes of the soft tissues in drug abusers. Is determined row of the particularities of the clinical course PIPST beside sick drug abusers. On the basis of experimental studies a microbiological substantiation of using the electric field of the direct current and enterosgel has been performed. А possibility of combining the antimicrobial action of EFDC and the sorption properties of enterosgel has been demonstrated. The author has proposed and introduced a new method of treating PIPST that is based on the principles of active adsosptive-electroeliminating sanation, the efficacy of its using having been proved in a course of multimodality surgical treatment of sick drug abusers with purulent-inflammatory processes of the soft tissues.
