Dissertation is devoted to reveal possibilities and conditions for the nonmedicamentous treatment of the chronik myofascial pain syndromes in ageing. Their age peculiarities are studied as a result of clinico-functional investigations of 122 patients from 18 to 74 years old. Expediency of the puncture physiotherapy mtthods and post-isometric muscle relaxation usage for such a pathology is substantiated.A new phyysiotherapeutic complex (combination of auricular electropuncture, post-isometric muscle relaxation, magnetolaserotherapy) based on the principle of multi-level influence is developed. Its efficacy is evaluated and improvement of treatment outcomes is shown. An important advantage of the proposed physiotherapeutic approach is an absence of the side reactions or complications in the present contingent of patients.
