The processes enterprises management. Complex scientific and practical decision of problem of forming of enterprise business-model. Dialectical approach to the study of modern aspects of enterprise management, scientific and special methods, is methodical basis of research. It is set at theoretical level of difference of business-model from classic business-strategies and other instruments of increase an enterprise functioning efficiency, the modified technology of forming of business-model was suggested, so as complex system of estimation of its efficiency. Realization of the modified technology of business-model forming gave possibility to form the project business-models of separate enterprises of confectionery industry. Prognosis estimation of the offered models of business is carried out. The modified technology of business-model forming so as methodic of key competences identification are introduced. The enterprises of food industry of Ukraine so as educational process.
