This thesis is devoted to research of problems of obligation, which arise up in connection with the public promise of reward. The historical way of becoming and development of institute of public promise of reward, and its prospects are explored; the content and legal nature of public promise of reward opens up as legal fact, as obligatory legal relationship, as institute. The foundation and moment of origin of obligation in connection with the public promise of reward have been characterized. The features of public promise of reward are examined with the announcement of the competition and also as a result of competition; signs and conditions of announcement about the public promise of reward, features of implementation and stopping these types of obligation from the public promise of reward are examined as well. Also, there have been formulated the theoretical conclusions of the explored questions and the practical suggestions are aimed at improvement of the institute of public promise of reward."
