Demchak R. The State Regulation Of Securities Market In Ukraine

The object is the stock exchange market of Ukraine and its structure on its development stages. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of the system of the key mechanisms definition of public administration of the stock exchange market usage taking into account factors which were evident on each stage of the economic development of the country, the development of the measures system aimed to the effectiveness as well as efficiency raise of the stakeholders. The methods are analyses, synthesis, comparative, historical, analytical and empirical, modeling, graphical. The newness is that criteria according to which the main processes of the stock exchange market public administration have been defined for the first time; the necessity of the division of the main functions of the public regulation among state organs and self regulatory organization has been scientifically proved and main aspects of that process have been highlighted. The results are that the model of the stock exchange market public regulation has been suggested, it is based on taking into consideration the main improvement directions of the mentioned above market; the classification of the stock market instruments has been improved and the stock circulation legal regulation has been suggested.
