The thesis is devoted to the issues of treatment and prophylactics of iron deficient anemia in pregnant based on the pathogeny role of the immune system, cytokine profile and their links with ferrokinetic indices of blood.The complex of treatment and prophylactic measures is suggested. This complex is differentiated according the variant of iron deficiency and disorders in immune system. There is proved its efficacy in prediction of development of obstetric and perinatal complications.
