Conditions of use of routes verity with combined regime of traffic and methods of buses forwarding in run are defined in this work. Developed analytical and imitation models of city routes transportations and experiments carried out gave the possibility to reveal the regularities of traffic flows and characteristics of carriers use; to define qualitative and quantitative interconnection between transportation process parameters and probability of route of movement choice; to precise the sphere of application of route taxies. The application of developed methodic of traffic organization on the routes of city passenger transportation allows to choose rational parameters of routes with combined regime of traffic.
