Essay

On the results of 70 HCMP patients examination it has been established that demonstrate the DD-genotype associated with the most severe manifestation of this pathology. It has been confirmed with clinical and history data, expressed transmitral flow disorders, EchoCG parameters alterations and ACE plasma activity level. The sartans and beta-blockers combined therapy favours the improved clinical hemodinamic and subjective condition parameters. In this connection the most significant positive changes have been registered in the DD-genotype patients predominantly with HCMP obstruction. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
