Essay

The dissertation contains the results of clinical, structural, hemodynamic and metabolic investigations in patients with remote consequences of closed cerebral injury. Diagnostic possibilities of dopplerography, biochemical and biophysical methods of investigation in patients with remote consequences of closed cerebral injury were showed. It was established that, remote consequences of closed cerebral injury are accompanied by activation of free-radical oxidation, i.e. by developing of the oxidative stress. And the important role of lipid metabolism disorders in development of early atherosclerotic changes was established too. Interconnection between clinical, structural, hemodynamic and metabolic changes depending on posttraumatic period was revealed. On the basis of revealing pathogenetic mechanisms of development of remote consequences of closed cerebral injury, curative-prophylactic measures were offered. Optimization of traditional treatment by the therapy of low-intensity laser irradiation may bedone.
