. Object of the research: Patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis with various forms of biliary tract dysfunction. Purpose of the research: To improve the efficacy of treatment of the patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis in sanatorium with the consideration of the type of biliary tract dysfunction, biochemical bile properties and functional state of the liver. Methods of the research: The diagnosis was verified using clinical laboratory, biochemical, immunological, bacteriological, ultrasound investigations. The functional state of the biliary tract was assessed using duodenal probing, determining biochemical bile properties (levels of bilirubin, cholesterol, bile acids, C-reactive protein, sialic acids), functional state of the liver (total fraction protein, total bilirubin, transaminase activity, alkaline phosphatase, gamma-glutamate transpeptidase), the state of lipid and antioxidant protection, cellular and humoral immunity. Theoretical and practical results: Complex examination ofthe patients with CAC in the stage of incomplete remission proved the necessity to determine the functional state of the liver, lipid peroxidation, antioxidant protection, cellular and humoral immunity together with clinical laboratory duodenal investigation, biochemical bacteriological bile study. The use of complex scheme of CAC patients investigation allows to determine the peculiarities of the disease cause depending on the type of biliary dysfunction and the degree of changes in the biochemical bile properties. The presence of bacteriocholia is the basis for administering anti-bacterial therapy with the account of microflora sensitivity to antibiot-ics. In patients with pain syndrome it is reasonable to administer No-spa, papaverine hydrochloride, Gastrozepine. The use of tea made from mixture of plants with cholagogue, antiinflammatory, analgiz-ing, antimicrobial, antiallergic, sedative effects requires differentiated and individualized approach in each case. The use of vegetative drugs (Cholagogum, Chophytol, Hapabene) in patients with CAC produces a positive therapeutic effect when compared with the use of plant tea only. Novelty: For the first time, the schemes of therapeutic measures in patients with CAC with different types of BDD and BD were sub-stantiated for the conditions of sanatorium. Increase of the rate of bile excretion, elimination of congestive phenomena in the biliary system, increase in cholate amount and reduction in bile cholesterol level, restoration of colloid and micellar bile properties, some liver func-tions, increase in antioxidant system activity in patients with CAC with DBD of a mixed type under the influence of complex treatment with the use of physiotherapy in combination with Chophytol were revealed. A positive therapeutic effect was proven in CAC patients who were treated in sanatorium Berezovskiye Mineralnye Vody with the use of diet, balneotherapy, electrotreatment as well as hydrocar-bonate-calcium-magnesium mineral water, tubage, tea from the plants with cholagogue, spasmolytic, antiinflammatory and sedative effect. Degree of introduction: The findings of the research were intro-duced to the work of sanatoria in Kharkiv Region (Berezovskiye Mineralnye Vody, Ray Elenovka, Roscha, Vysokiy), gastroenterology departments of Regional Clinical Hospital, Railway Clinical Hospital, Hospital for Anti-radiation Protection, Dergachi District Hospital (Kharkiv Region). Sphere of application: medicine, gastroenterology departments.
