The questions of forming and using of turnover capital of co-operative trade enterprises of the Lviv region in the conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine are explored in the dissertation.The directions of clarification of essence and maintenance of "turnover capital" category are theoretically characterized, the classification of turnover capital on features, which provide unity of existence of its different kinds in a process of circulation is given here, the factors, which influence on providing enterprises with turnover capital are exposed and systematized, characterized system of estimation indexes of efficiency of trade enterprises turnover capital.The principle charts of management of the debtor debt, trade supplies, money facilities, credit debt, within the framework of which the professional tasks with the purpose of the subsequent forming of optimizations of these patterns.The directions of efficiency of improving circulation of turnover capital are characterized there.
